"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "
"Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that hotel access is mid-block, set back from the street with poor signage. Not obvious as hotel is above a restaurant too so was hard to find initially. Also note, I read the description that parking at a neat car park was validated which I might have misinterpreted when reading, however, parking is only discounted by 5 pounds."

The location is excellent, I gave it a 4 star on area around the hotel only because it is in the City Centre, and there were a few sketchy looking people walking around, but in spite of that, the location was excellent! "Great hotel, friendly helpful staff with clean rooms. Breakfast was great too. Hotel is a bit further away from the main bar/restaurant area of Belfast than others however 5-10 minute walk so cant complain we knew about this as weve stayed here before and will do again."

"Had a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didn’t want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time."
