Nicest hotel in Belfast. Absolutely beautiful and great location. Very pet friendly and the restaurant is better than the free standing restaurants in the area. The hotel breakfast is delicious.
Spacious, clean rooms. Poorly equipped regarding lighting and mirrors for hair and make up but otherwise very comfortable. Poorly replenished breakfasts but tasty food when available

Everything was spotless, staff friendly, lovely room. Look forward to the next stay
The property is in a quiet location 10 min walk from City Centre amenities. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and when I had an issue with the AC in my room, not only did they switch my room, they also arranged the new room keys and carried my luggage to the new room.
The hotel location is perfect, close to the city centre and with stunning views over the RIver Lagan and port area.

Room spotless, great view. Had dinner in the restaurant- excellent food and service. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back!
Overall, this place is very nice place to say very convenient located in Belfast. The service by the staff is very good It’s just I don’t think although know how to pour Guinness and I would skip the breakfast unless you like pastries and toast and some fruit because the bacon is undercooked the eggs are watery. The rooms are nice and clean and have great views of the river. Overall, very nice place to stay the food isn’t worth the price.

We stayed Sunday night to Monday and had an excellent stay, room was very clean and tidy, plenty of tea and coffee. We parked in the euro car park across the road and the hotel give me a QR code ticket and it only cost £5, so was very pleased with that.

Breakfast staff were particularly warm and kind and of course efficient. We loved chatting to Brigit. She was so kind and helpful especially to our children.
