"This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! "
"We enjoyed our stay VERY much! The room was the perfect size, with the added couch and kitchen/dining table. Three big beautiful windows (created some night noise). Our dislike was the lack of people! The inconvenient check-in and need to pay 48 hours before arriving, instead of at the property, like all other hotels.
If I was at home, it wouldn’t have mattered, but we were on a tour and travelling.
Regardless, it’s a great place, I would stay there again. "

"The room was massive and so clean! Front desk staff was very helpful. Parking isn't on site but there's street parking available (just keep in mind busy hours). There was lots of food options and shoping nearby and the transit to and from airport was quick!"

"The self check- in was easy and staff were responsive to messages. The price point is perfect for what's on offer. My only suggestion is to clsrify that the breakfast is not included with the price of the hotel."
"Very comfortable bed and spacious room and lovely view from window. The shower wasn’t so good it kept turning red hot when I was having a shower. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
