"First time staying at this brand. Loved this stay. In town for couple Cardinals games. Great walkable location, part of Ballpark Village, is right across street from ballpark. Super staff. "Arrived at the 4pm check in hour and our room wasn’t ready. Our event started at 6:30 and we needed to get ready. At 6:15 the room still was not ready. Had to get dressed in the hotel’s bathroom, store our luggage in a store room and head to the event. It was after 7pm before the room was ready."
