Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.

Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off. Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel
It was entirely too loud. Parties taking place in our hallway. Nice room, but staff has no control over late night guests. We won’t stay here again.
