"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "Warm welcome, comfortable and very clean apartment. Well stocked kitchen for a longer self catering stay. Well situated for town, beach, restaurants etc. loved the fresh fruit in reception and the tea and coffee available. "

"Stayed before many years ago. Superb location. You can have morning coffee on the beach. Lovely young receptionist. Very clean room. The bed was very comfortable. A treat to have a small bath :)"

"This is an impressive grand old hotel with professional, friendly staff. We really enjoyed its position on the seafront and its two pools. However, parts of the hotel are very dated and staff were overwhelmed at breakfast, which meant service was slow and detracted from overall experience. The bed was too soft and pillows old and flat. The bathroom was a museum piece! For these reasons, we felt it was very overpriced.It needs alot of money spending on it to modernise it."

"Mould covered the bathroom walls, old out dated mixed furniture, four poster bed no curtain. The curtain rail missing in most places, which needed a good paint job. mattress kept coming off bed. No Pressure in shower. Tv put on wall lopsided, no one on reception, and when you finally caught up with host she was rude!! Asked us to leave room a day early she'd double booked room!! Dreadful "

"I've had a very pleasant day the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and evening meal in the hotel with just what I wanted great choice nothing was overdone cooking wise. The location for the hotel with just what I needed short walk from the town. Hotel does have entertainment in the evenings and it's great to hear a good singer. Many times before and we'll definitely stay there again."
