If I want to be nitpickey I would mention that my plastic wrapped soap was impossible to open and both times I needed glasses or scissors to get the soap out! Crazy. When you are showering that is not a good thing....anyway, certainly not the end of the world but...

Our shower head looked as though there was mold on it and the water shot out so hard when we turned it on so we didn’t use it. We were lucky it was only a one night stay or else we would have left and gotten a different hotel. We did actually sleep good in the beds."

It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....
