"Our room was great. Had a kitchenette that was perfect and was a nice size room. The pool was also very nice. Parking did not work for us. We had a long drive and arrived after midnight with 3 kids. I just wanted to park and let the kids and my wife go get settled and to bed while I sorted the car and bags but they wouldn’t let us self park. The lot is right there, a surface lot, and I was willing to pay the valet rate I just needed time to get our bearings after driving 15 hours. I felt the valet guy wasn’t helpful and you can tell he just wanted us to hurry up. The hotel is right behind the Capybara cafe which we didn’t know but figured out quickly and got tickets. So that was fun. The closest bridge is under construction so walking to the cute shops took longer than it normally would like 25 minutes. It was fine going there but hit torrential rain trying to walk home and Ubers were running at least 15 minutes. We decided to walk back but man that was a rough one. With all that said, I love the area and would return."

AC Hotel St. Augustine Downtown

"We LOVED our stay at AC Hotel in StA! Not only was it a beautiful facility, but it felt very safe and secure. We entered and were helped by Brenna at the front desk, who was absolutely superb at her job! She helped us get trolley tickets, answered all our questions, and made us feel so welcome. It was nice to have a bar available, in which I enjoyed a delicious draft with wonderful service from the bartender (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name!). It was a surprise in the elevators that we had to use our card to go up, but it helped make us two women feel so much more secure in a town we’d never been to. It was much appreciated! The room was spotless, comfortable, spacious, and the beds slept nicely! It may not seem it by looking at a map, but we were located within a short walking distance to many places! We walked down to get coffee near Flagler College just a few blocks, and had multiple delicious eateries within just a block or two. For one, the trolley comes next door, and we loved the tour! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again!"

"The hotel was nice, and the staff was professional, friendly, and courteous throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a leak during the rain, which left it feeling a bit musty and humid. Thankfully, we were able to keep the air conditioning running at a lower temperature, which made the room much more comfortable. Since the weather outside was quite hot, we didn't mind the cooler temperature indoors. The front desk staff was especially accommodating and went out of their way to assist us, including providing excellent recommendations for places to visit in the area. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again. We would simply request a different room next time."
