"The floors were dirty, the shower was dirty , they didn’t give us the correct parking pass which made the resort leave a bad letter on my truck, the kitchen sink doesn’t work hardly at all, there was nothing to sit on except one of two beds, our room constantly smelled like marijuana due to someone smoking it in a room near us"

The noise level was a major issue, with other guests staying up until 3:00 a.m. with the TV blaring. Parking was also frustrating because people would park behind other vehicles, making it difficult or impossible to leave in the morning. The hot tub was not working during our stay, and some guests did not take responsibility for taking out their own trash. I...
