"Clean and beautiful hotel. It has that Thai feeling and very very close to the biggest night market on Sunday. IF traveling to Chiang Mai make sure one of the nights you stay in the Old City lands on a Sunday night. Biggest night market in Thailand. Amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel has a very tranquil feel and is tucked into a quiet street, but it is still very close and walkable to everything you need. They have an afternoon tea time with snacks which is nice when you’re hanging by the pool. The pool was a nice temperature so I think they heat it slightly (I went in March) - I had heard other travellers say the pools at their hotel were too cold to swim in. The exercise room is minimal but they have dumbbells up to 10 kgs each and a basic weight machine and a few cardio machines. The included breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Overall if I ever went back to Chiang Mai I would definitely stay here again. "

"Great location in the center of the Old Town. We booked a balcony room overlooking Wat Phra Singh which I would recommend because many rooms face interior courtyards. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is excellent."

"Great hotel! With great attention to details. The staff is super friendly and kind. Well located, you can walk from the hotel to the old town without taking a taxi. Bedroom is lovely and wide, so is the bathroom! Breakfast is great too, a lot of choice. The pool area is nice but the water a little bit cold. We really enjoyed our stay at The Rim resort "
