"En medio del bullicio y agitada vida de la capital de México este pequeño hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía: limpias y cómodas habitaciones, excelente servicio, agradable atmósfera, además de estar perfectamente ubicado aún lado de la catedral. El desayuno bufet es agradable, lo probamos solo un día porque queríamos experimentar la comida de otros lugares. Excelente opción!"

"The staff was accommodating. When we needed to catch an early flight, the staff arranged a ride to the airport. Their shuttle was going to be too full with other hotel guests, so they ordered and paid for a taxi just for us to ensure we made it there on time. Thanks guys!"

"Location is so convenient if your flight is late and need to rest, the staff is great, the restaurants outstanding but the property needs better maintenance. The water temperature for the shower took more than 20 minutes to warm up which is so inconvenient if you’re are on a schedule. Also I think is a crime to spend so much water in a huge city that has water problems distribution in some areas. The faucet was dirty . It shows some make up stains from previous guests I guess . Overall is good but the water temperature experience was terrible."
