Great property, very close to the airport. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue we had was getting the shuttle from the airport (after hours) and the number to call for reception was only in Spanish. The shuttle back to the airport in the AM was very easy to arrange once at the hotel. The beds were okay, comfortable enough after a long day of travel. Breakfast was okay! Not a giant selection but adequate enough. Overall, would recommend for a quick stay if you have an overnight layover!

Overall it was good. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. Note that breakfast only opens at 7am on weekends. They do not offer takeaway baggies for early departure.

Easy check in. Somewhat close to the airport. Shuttle service included in hotel stay along with breakfast buffet (by the time we got to it around 10am there was only a few things left) I ordered room service the night before and it was terrible. The tortilla soup had no taste and it was very chunky. The most disappointing part was finding bugs in my salad. I am so glad I poked around before taking a bite. I called down to get a refund but they said they couldn’t do that since I used a card to pay- they gave me credit for which I didn’t want to use for any more food, so I went and got 3 cans of beer and a orange soda for which I had to wait over 30 minutes before I called to see how long it would be. After that it arrived. Not worth the price for airport convenience

Avoid - not to Marriott standards

When I checked in, I was given a room that was clearly not cleaned — the bathroom was dirty, there was trash, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I asked to be moved, but had to wait without any apology or effort to resolve the issue quickly. Later, a staff member entered my new room without knocking or identifying themselves while I was inside, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.

La estadia estuvo bien, sin embargo originalmente la reserva estaba realizada a ser pagada a la llegada al hotel, pero unas semanas antes nos cayó un email diciendo que habia problemas con el metodo de pago de la reserva y que nos cancelarian la misma si no nos comunicabamos, finalmente llamamos internacionalmente para que nos dieran un formulario de autorizacion de cargo, ya que nos dijeron que tenian "alta demanda" esas fechas y si no se pagaba antes se perdia la reserva, eso no me parecio para nada profesional, mejor que no pongan la opcion de pago al llegar al hotel.
