"When we first arrived it took forever to check in. When we finally got our room key and walked over to our building the hallways we gross! Looks like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week! The rooms were filthy! The ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of black grime on it. Pictures over the bed looked like kids hocked loogies on them! I had to have them send someone up (not even the same day to come clean). They never one came to clean or empty the garbage. They gave us towels, but wrapped in a garbage bag thrown outside our room. Parking was terrible! The place was very dated and needs an overhaul badly! Even after my complaint and them cleaning there was zero follow-up. My bathroom door had a hole in it, the shower knob came off, the room divider was torn, and out door did not close properly! I had to throw my body weight into it! The pool, hot tub, and lazy river need to be drained and cleaned properly as they were filthy."

"I have nothing much to say about the property itself, it’s as expected which is a pretty decent property. Definitely suggest staying if you want clean property, unpaid parking, good staff and a nice pool area. "

"The valet area was outdated and crowded. The pool area was not all open and the snack counter wasn’t opened (6pm during spring break). Guests were walking around soaking wet into elevators. View was beautiful, kids had fun on the slides that were open. Breakfast was good, just need more seating "
