"Would recommend. Clean, great staff, modern."

"Amazing views and a great location"

"When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn there was a building site next door and our balcony was practically over looking it. We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

"The accommodation was not two bedroom it was a 1 plus 1. So I suggest checking the accommodations website for a true description. The unit was unclean and furnishings were very dated. Overall, 2 stars and more like budget accommodation."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand. Unfortunately, our family holiday was significantly affected by a film production taking place throughout our entire stay. On the first day, we were actually excited to see the production and experience something so unusual. The...

"Was good but price little high, but that is Okay."

"Absolutely amazing i had the best experience"

"The room had a broken bed. One of the legs was broken and the manager knew about it when I told him. Got zero sleep first night because of bed explained this to manager and manager explained waiting to get someone to repair it. Didnt offer any discount. Thought that was pretty poor and unsafe"

"Nice new(ish) hotel. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a long time. Has so much potential but feel few main things that let it down 1) Lack of parking. Whilst can pay for parking spots are very limited. We were unable to get one and had to do laps around area to find parks. Its untimed on weekends but 4hrs weekdays. 2) Breakfast options were very limited. was a cabinet of savouries and cakes that didn't seem overly fresh. Given it's on outskirt of Southport (and parking...

"Beautiful place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right near tram stop. Would recommend to anyone who wants luxury accommodation at a great price."

"The children loved the water splash zones … so many fun things to do and not to far from theme parks if that’s what you want to do."

"Good location and nice place to stay , I didn’t see the pool as there was no signage to it"

"Perfect location and amenities"

"Front desk reception was very nice; parking was included and readily available, although a little tight for our SUV; our front screen door was stuck in the locked position, so we were unable to close it; the screen to our balcony was stuck in the locked position, so we couldn’t open it to access the balcony; beds very hard; pillows flat; while we understood that the location would have traffic noise, we didn’t realize this included very obnoxious hooners, constantly through the night. It was...
