"I cannot say enough about this hotel...it is one of my best memories of Florence. From the beautiful garden/terrace to the wonderful staff it was amazing. Location is a bit out of the busy touristy area but close enough to walk to see many things. We loved to join fellow guests in the garden for wine in the evening or good coffee in the morning ( self serve coffee 24 hours which I loved as we are early risers). "Really cute old hotel about 20 minute walk from city center and the main sights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Our room was so beautiful and vintage and classic Italian! However the cleanliness could have been better. There were some ants in the bathroom and lots of dust on the fixtures. A bit of mold/hard water build up in a few places in the bathroom too. Not terrible, and it’s a good place to stay for a short visit"

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooftop bar area offers amazing views, especially in the evening for sunset. We also had some of the best drinks of our trip there! We were travelling with back packs across many different cities in Italy so the free laundrette facilities were a super helpful surprise! The room was clean overall the hotel was great, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Breakfast was also really good. There were some lovely little restaurants very close by...

"The staff were outstanding. Got there 2 hours early to drop our cases and the receptionist found a room so we were able to check in early. Very good location, quiet but close to centre and breakfast was amazing. Lovely touch having a coffee machine in our large and airy room.
