"Check in was simple however you do have to pay a deposit it’s annoying that it’s not refunded right away however the rooms are clean the hotel corridors are clean the beds comfy and they have shower and bath tubs so that’s always a bonus I’d stay again "

"I would not recommend this property as it is poorly maintained. The first room I was given had a door that did not lock. The hotel has a strange layout and if you want to go higher than the first floor you have to take two separate lifts. The good thing about this hotel is the location, it is very central and close to Moorfields station. However, there is much that could be improved."

"Bed was comfortable but pillows not so good. Plenty of parking options nearby cost circa £17.50 overnight. Don't forget the visitor tax of £2.40 either. Bar food and service good and pricing as expected. "

"The choice of breakfast items is excellent. We had no problem parking and that was one of the deciding factors for booking the hotel this time as it was last August. Hotel is well positioned for lots of attractions."
