"EV chargers didn’t work but otherwise good hotel for the price"

"Bath tub had a hole worn in the floor that held water. Carpet was wet near AC unit."

"Room was spacious but the facilities are very dated. The rooms were very dusty and set off my allergies. I am used to more updated rooms with Hyatt. The staff is friendly and keep the property maintained and cleaned. If staying in the area again, would look for a different property."

"The unique thing was having the opportunity to have free meal for breakfast & dinner one of the best things was how helpful and friendly the entire staff was definitely a joy to be around them 👍😊This was my first time at This hotel Brand ! I will not be my last!"

"Room was clean. Nice quiet stay while passing through"

"We had such a wonderful visit at Graceland guest house. From the moment we parked the gentleman named Jon who is there for Valley? Parking was great. He gave us so many suggestions of what to do and where to go. Having the shuttle to take us over to the Graceland mansion was wonderful. And then we headed down to Beale Street and had dinner at the B.B. King restaurant where we enjoyed some wonderful jazz and soul music the next morning we were checking out, but we had the opportunity to walk...

"Room quz great, air love it,staff the best, breakfast great"

"Clean and smells good"

"Blood in my sink. Roo Not clean. Dirty filter laying on their couch. Checked out 3 days early because it's loud, rude staff, and refused ANY sort of refund. Keep the money. Greed never survives."

"Room looked clean, but we had a cockroach on our room."

"It was ok… not the cleanest room.. bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. Something gross on the bathroom wall. I think they were under staffed as the guy at the front desk was also cleaning rooms. When we got to our room the door was actually left ajar."

"Awesome lady at front desk"
