"We got multiple bug bites when we were there and there wasn’t anywhere within walking distance to get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat"

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach"

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"Really helpful staff. Great free coffee. Little water in room. Great A/C and comfy bed. Big minus was pool being out of action, not told and we planned on using that for a day. Also quite far from town center but handy for airport. "

"Amazing onsite restaurant options! Friendly staff. Such a laid back vibe for our family. The pool had 2 water slides that was all the kids really needed! A really great alternative to a large resort to experience the Bahamas in a relaxing environment. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) loved it!"

"Great food is all I gotta say. For some reason nobody swam in the pools here. They all just say around. Even though the pools were nice. Bang for the buck overall."

"Easier to make dinner resos. I booked then get a notification 1 hour before it’s cancelled ? No explanation… then of course had no resos for that night. We got placed in what seemed like the older area west wing rooms were okay but east was better cleaner last time we were there Food portions to be of better value. We ordered room service one time for the kids literally 10 fries given for $20 meal Staff by the beach area food trucks drink huts can be more friendly . Look miserable doing...
