"While this was a beautiful hotel with infinite pool, the French customer service is bad. House keeping keeps your room cleaned everyday. This hotel only have one restaurant so you can only eat twice breakfast with is buffet and then dinner. If you're a person who likes to stay at the hotel during vacation I recommend you find a hotel that offers more food options. However, there is food nearby you'll need a taxi. Overall, I enjoyed my stay outside of the restaurant."

"The place is decent to stay if you’re a solo traveler or if you feel like you’ll spend more time out of your room than in it. I took cold showers the entire time I was there, which I was not fond of. I let the staff know that the hot water wasn’t working but I guess it was out of their control because nothing was done to accommodate me. All in all, I would rate it a 3/5. It was decent for the price outside of not having hot water be available."

"Room was very nice with a great view (junior suite - oceanfront). The bathroom however needs a renovation (room PM203B). It is dated. The bath tap was hanging off the wall and the old & worn out plug/drain wasn’t the most pleasing to the eye. Plenty pools to choose from for kids or adults and great access to the beach. "I loved this resort so much I would highly recommend!! Great service everyday they have diffent. Activities going on the day me and my friend arrive they had a live band performance and an open bar !! We are coming back next month ,only downside the beach was closed 💔 and it’s a bit far from all the clubs and other restaurants overall 10/10 experience !!"

"Staff were very helpful especially the ones at the front desk very informative . The ones at the bar were not so nice did not want to assist much we were sitting by the pool and ordered they told us they not coming over there we would have to back over for our drinks which I thought was crazy .went early in the morning there was one guy in a blue shirt we try to get information about calling a taxi he brush us off like nobody’s the housekeeping was very polite ."
