"Nice to have breakfast included."

"The room was clean.Parking was not an issue. The bad was comfortable. The rooms need a little paint update so it's definitely not a five star hotel , but it's suited , it's purpose."

"We get there and our first room wasn’t clean at all"

"Great stay."

"I like the layout of the room and the property. I did not like that there were not alot of options for breakfast. A waffle station and bacon would be a good addition the the breakfast buffet."

"Above average but carpets and sheets need to be cleaner"

"N/A"

"clean and close to destination"

"Good"

"For a Hyatt hotel, I was incredibly disappointed at the service. At check in, they stated they didn’t have the room I booked, they gave me the same room number as another guest checking in, and I didn’t get room service even though I stayed for 2 nights. After requesting a manager during checkin, they miraculously found the room I booked, after 20 min arguing for a refund."

"The hotel is great. I have 2 requests, since we will be back in the future. 1. The morning coffee is SCALDING hot. Please fix this. 2. You need to have green tea available; senior citizens need it as it helps with inflammation."

"It was ok my kids did not like the glass bathroom doors"
