The check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms total - one room was dirty upon check in so the staff had to go check to make sure the other rooms were cleaned prior to giving us room keys. One room had dirty sheets. During the night time, we did see a roach in the bathrooms in All of our rooms.

Excellent hotel, stayed for an overnight before a flight out of Newark. Spotless clean, felt safe in the room, friendly staff a close by to an IHOP and a bar. Very reasonable price and friendly staff, defo stay here again

The staff were courteous. The mattress was great and firm. However, the facility exterior is dirty and the entrance as well. Even though on the website and the message I received from the property it says that a shuttle is available between 7:45 am to 10pm, the shuttle was not available. There were other properties much better and I choose this one because it offers shuttle service

Extended Living Motel

The staff was very wonderful, especially the front desk, young lady Destiny This facility has a lot of transits staying there living there the carpet was dirty. The whole facility needs an upgrade. I felt uncomfortable and insecure with the surroundings because of the many people living there.

the staff were short and cold. The property needed a good cleaning ages ago. The room was barely ready for someone to stay in it. It looked like it was rushed to be put together. There was no hot water. I waited for over an hour while checking for hot water. It was straight cold. I went to the desk and she said she would maintenance. The guy came in and put his in water and said its cold because everyone is taking a shower. Apparently every single person decided to take a shower at the same time. I checked out. I paid for extended parking while I was gone and the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. The next day I went it got a parking pass. when I went back in I asked about the shuttle and was told there isn't a shuttle because it was getting serviced. Horrible experience

# The good 1. I was surprised that the room had a kitchen setup with a good size fridge, range, and microwave. 2. I was happy that I could at least crack the window open to get some fresh air. # The not-so good. 1. I mentioned to the front-desk folks that I would do a late check-in at 1am. I was told to call back about 11pm to give the staff a heads-up. 2. I call from 11pm to 11:45pm an no one picked up. 3. At 11:50 someone picked up and mentioned that at 12pm the systems would be down for auditing and I would have to wait until 2:30am to check in. 4. I then ask whether there was someway of checking in without me physically present. I was given the process but then I had 10 minutes to do this while driving. I did pull over and sorted this all out by 12:30am or so. In anycase, everything else was good once I checked in. But you guys really have to do some serious work on customer service and with your front-desk folks!

Good sides of the hotel: 1.Close to the airport, clean room with kitchen and bathroom. 2. Close to bus stop in NYC (115) and shopping mall. Bad sides: 1. I have never seen such a poor breakfast - just filter coffee and cheap muffins, that's all! No even toasts( 2. Strange people stay there. 3. They accept only cards; I wanted to pay cash for 1 night. deposit $100. 4. If you want to transfer, you need to call them from the airport (P4, free), and wait 30-40 minutes. Another transfers runs non-stop. Price per night was 128 dollars, next time I wil stay in neibor hotel.

They don't offer lotion and conditioner. Also, only one little shampoo for two days for two people. At the check-in they surprised us with additional $20 per day for parking and $100 deposit. Overall, everything was good, clean, speishios and quiet room, and plenty of towels.

The property needs a lot of updates. The carpet, the room, the furniture. The worst part is the terrible marijuana smell once you got into the building. We have to use something to block the seam underneath the door. The breakfast is grab & go. Very limited. We could not find water fountain at the hotel and no coffee maker inside the room. The front desk gave us a bottle water for medicine. The airport shuttle only started after 3p. We had to call Uber to go to airport in the morning. However, the front desk ladies, the shuttle driver were very friendly. The room and beds were clean.

Disappointed in our recent stay. The airport shuttle was great. Instructions were clear and drivers very friendly. Our bed was very uncomfortable with three small flat pillows, a flat sheet, a sheet thin blanket and some sort of towel feeling thin blanket. When I asked the staff for another pillow and blanket I was told we couldn’t get another pillow and maybe a blanket would be brought up to the room later that night. Never happened. There is NOT breakfast at this hotel which was VERY disappointing because I specifically searched for a hotel with airport shuttle and breakfast. There were two types of super small muffins, a snack bar and oatmeal packs. Luckily there is an IHOP right across the street for food. I picked up the hair dryer in the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. Brown stuff all over it, hairs stuck to it and lint blocking the screen in the back. I understand if you don’t stay at least 7 days you don’t get any room service however no trash cans or bags in the room. What are you suppose to do with your trash? We stayed 3 nights and had to use our bags we brought back to the room for trash. Overall would not recommend this hotel for couples or families.
