"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"We were vacationing. Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was ok, only issue was elevators were small and slow. Overall very happy with the hotel."

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"The view of Tower Bridge is amazing. Restaurants and bars on property were great with both indoor and outdoor seating. The let down are the rooms - the first room we saw had chunks of carpet missing, warped closet doors that would not open and close and a shower set up from the 1950’s. Heizel from the front desk went above and beyond to find us a more suitable room. Note all rooms are in dire need of renovations and they have begun work on this so perhaps request a renovated room when booking."

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"Excellent location and very friendly staff"

"The staff was fantastic and the rooms were well appointed, but starting to show their age. This is a central location with a shopping mall, restaurants and grocery stores all close by. This is a great hotel and area for families."

"Amazing classic British hotel. The staff members were so friendly and attentive and never had to wait at all for assistance. The rooms are spotless. This is a five star experience!"

"There was a lot of confusion at the front desk with checkin. Reception had zero restaurant recommendations. Checked into a room with paint tape still on the bathroom door and smelled like paint."

"Convenient to go around"

"St. Ermin’s Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in London. The hotel is beautiful, full of character and history, and the location is excellent for exploring Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and many of London’s major sights. Our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grand staircase and elegant lobby make the hotel feel especially unique. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend St. Ermin’s to anyone visiting London."
