8/10 Good

"Was not very happy with the kitchen supplies they gave you one sauce pan, one fry pan and one cookie sheet you need more than one fry pan in a kitchen and then they only gave you four forks and four knives and four spoons so if you use any of that silverware to cook with, you’ve got to clean it before you can eat with it they give you the very minimum to get by with and if you want towels, you have to go to the desk to get them. They should be provided at your room every day by the maid then they tried to charge me for my service dogs until I told them again for the second time that they were and she said oh I didn’t know that it’s not in your your book in but overall the place was very nice. The pool was great. Hot tub was great."

"Too expensive Noisy Not very clean People a few doors down were extremely noisy at night sometimes at 2 or 3:00 AM. They were slamming the door and yelling and carrying on. Called the front desk and they came and told them to be respectful and to keep it down. As soon as the staff left, they started all over again. When we asked for towels we were told that they would bring them to the room but never did. The water in the pool was so cloudy we couldn’t go in it!"

"Most of the staff just seem like they were forced to be there. Which was really disappointing, staff picked and choice what rules they wanted to follow or just made up stuff as they went along. For this to be a friendly kids resort. I’m not sure why kids weren’t allowed in lounge area. Not even a breastfeeding infant. Don’t order food because staff will act like they didn’t see your food get delivered to the front desk. We were really looking forward to this place to be our main vacation destination. At this moment it feels like we’re better off looking elsewhere."

"It was clean, nice and had nice amenities, but I anticipated a more enclosed environment of the interior. Gave a motel like vibe which I didn't expect. There isn't a daily cleaning unless you're there 3 or more days which isn't welcoming especially when you have wee ones in your group and isn't divulged until you realize it hasn't been cleaned. Overall it was ok. Those drawbacks were major for me, but if you can live with them, it's not a bad stay."

"Parking was great staff was great the cockroach in our room running around not so good very bad the wall being all crumbly around the air conditioning with the rust around the windows probably not great. Tried to reach out to the property in corporate with no answer red roof, and simply doesn’t care that there was cockroaches in our room and I have videos of it. They simply don’t care so as long as you don’t mind some cockroaches the staff is friendly and the property is easily accessible. Just keep in mind you’ll have cockroaches in your bed."
