"The check in process was a bit disoriented. Room check in is strictly adhered to at 4pm or later. Do not arrive early!!! They were very confused about our back to back reservations and we had to switch rooms during the stay after being told we didn’t have to. Here for a wedding and apparently they were overwhelmed with the group. Spending an awful lot of money to have to move rooms on their inability to add an extra night to a room block for the wedding party Very inconvenient"

"We loved everything! Property, Location, food, the staff. We will be back!"

"Great location, nice big room and friendly helpful staff. A couple minutes walk to the beach, close to nice restaurants. Floors could be mopped better and the bathroom towel rack and hook behind the door were barely hanging on. Otherwise great place and will definitely come back!"

"Over priced."

"I liked how easy the check in was. The room was neat and clean and the bathroom was really bright and spacious"

"Place was amazing very clean. Breakfast was great too. Family friendly"

"The room was clean and not beat up. Sure it’s not the Hilton, but for the money it was very nice. I would stay there again."

"Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great towels and amenities. Loved Happy Hour and the Chocolate Chip cookies were delicious. Great staff, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend."

"Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable, the staff went the extra mile to welcome us. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend staying here!"

"The room was decent. The view of the harbor was nice but the place is a little outdated. I’d stay there again but other places are gonna be fancier and newer."

"We love how spacious the rooms were but the problem was that our room was next to the elevator and they one of the elevators was down. I think they were working on fixing it but the problem was it was noisy until 6pm. Also waiting to use the elevator was bad because it took almost 10 mins to get down and another 10 mins to get back up. Other then that, the hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and only 5 mins away from Irvine Spectrum."
