This property is older and not fancy, but clean, well-maintained, and with a friendly and accommodating staff. Most significantly, it is in a GREAT location. We were within walking distance to downtown restaurants, the Sawdust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters...everything we wanted! This was our second stay...see you next year.

Quaint little get away. Room was very clean and the staff called us when our room was ready. Staff left us a List of Places to eat and a Private Card in our Room thanking us for staying with them. We'd recommend this place as it's only a block away from the beach as well.

This is a great, cozy, unpretentious property that delivered everything that my 2 teens and I needed. Rooms are small and bathroom was tiny, but served us OK. There is daily housekeeping which is a rarity now. It is across 1 from Heisler Park and walking distance to most good beaches in Laguna. Can't beat parking. They had towels, chairs, mats and boogie boards to borrow. Staff/owners veryavailable and helpful. 100% will return.
