"Room was very clean, all staff were friendly and helpful. A/C could have been cooler and had to run the shower for 5 mins to get the hot water but other than that I was very happy with my room."

"Pay attention to what you’re charged! I loved the hotel experience itself. The facilities were beautiful, the room was comfortable and extremely clean, and the staff were wonderful. I can't give a full 5-star review because I was charged for a bottle of wine that I neither asked for, received, nor charged to the room. I discovered this after leaving - we were late for our flight and had to rush - and I called within a few hours to dispute the charge, leaving a message. I subsequently called again and sent two email messages to accounts receivable - and as of today, six weeks later, I have not received a single response. I'm quite disappointed, as every other part of the experience was wonderful. But I do think the property owes their guests the decency of a response to billing inquiries. "

"Loved this property - newly renovated, great staff, perfect location and very affordable. Went with a friend and they actually had rooms with twin beds. Rooms were cozy, but fine. Beds fine but not quite as hard as I'd like, and bathrooms aren't spacious, but you can't beat this for location (especially if you are coming to see plays) and quality for the price. No on-site restaurant or food service, but nice 24 hour lounge with coffee and tea, and a basic workout room. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff wasn’t knowledgeable about the parking. Parking was said to be $25 each time you exit the parking but when asked how to access parking because the garbage door was closed, I was told a parking attendant should be present in which this wasn’t true the entire weekend stay. So was forced to park in another garage that was luckily around the block. It was that or pay for street parking every two hours. The room was clean. The tv did not work so had to ask for someone to come fix. Also, the elevators are extremely slow and our room was on the 17th floor for a “view.” The slow elevators made the view not even worth it. At one point I had gotten on the elevators after getting breakfast on the 2nd floor and someone had pushed every button so it was an extremely long ride back up to my floor. Overall it was an average stay but I wouldn’t stay here again"
