"The room was shabby"

"great"

"Stay here on business. The staff is great."

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"It was nice"

"Good"

"Staff responsive to compensation the day after we waited for their shuttle bus at the airport, which btw. Texted me that arrived next morning. Basic, comfortable hotel to spend a night on our way….clean."

"Great"

"Room sufficient. Staff disinterested. Maintenance work during the day outside. Couldn't park the car to load up. Seriously. Keys did not work, towards 11am (checkout time). Not at 11am, 10:45am. Staff said the keys (card) would work. Get upstairs to the room. No work. Fortunately, cleaning staff were there to open up. Having to do back down to now fight with the gent, would not have been good. Look, I am not a complainer, but witaf? Room was not inexpensive either, btw. Never again. ...

The staff were all friendly and quick to respond whenever any minor issues came up. There were a couple of drawbacks, though. Despite the renovations, the building’s age still showed in some ways, including an occasional sewer smell coming from the bathroom...

"ฉันได้พักห้องC02 ห้องอยู่ชั้นล่างค่อนข้างเสียงดัง ได้ยินเสียงเพลงตลอดทั้งวัน มีเสียงคนคุยกัน และเสียงอื่นๆ ปลอกหมอน1ใบมีจุด3จุดคล้ายๆจุดเลือด ห้องนี้อยู่ชั้นล่างด้านบนเป็น ลอบบี้และห้องอาหาร"

"The hotel was we'll located, clean and the breakfast buffet provided as decent variety of good quality food. We had a family room on the 10th floor, the room was well equipped with fridge, toaster, hob and the beds were very comfortable. The location on E48th keeps you away from the noise of the central areas while only being a short walk to 52nd street and Grand Central metro and LIRR."
