However, the woman at the front desk on Sunday at 4:00 was rude, not willing to help and hung up on me. I originally called front desk because I wanted food delivered. "Bedding had holes and stains on, was washed but horrible looking. Door was not tight, had about a 3/4 “ space of play. Had a chain lock. I had to put a chair under handle to feel a little safer. Had to twist light bulb to turn off and on. If we would known the area and had time and money to find another place we would have! Not recommended!!!"
