No hot water in the shower. Not very clean. Staff was very helpful and let me check in early. For the price..you can't beat it. I probably would stay again.

I've stayed here multiple times prior to this Very affordable stay with a stop for a bus line to NYC no more than one minute away Restaurants close, including a nice diner about a 2 minute walk away . Shopping close enough if I had needed it I will be back

When I visit NYC I stay in an inexpensive place before my girlfriend joins me, and then we stay in Manhattan. The hotel is very affordable with everything being "ok" The best thing about it is it's located about a 1 minute walk to a bus which only costs 4 dollars to get to the city- super convenient and the wait is no more than 10 or 15 mins Also located by a very good diner and some other restaurants I have stayed here 6 times now over the years and I will every time I visit NYC and alone

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were great. The beds, however, were uncomfortable, and the surrounding area isn’t great, so we only ventured out of the room when we were leaving the property completely. There was also a lot of noise at all hours from the other guests outside in the parking lot and the corridors. It was disappointing for the price.

The rooms could definitely use a deeper cleaning and some new items. The headboard was ripped, the shower curtain had a hole in it, and the toilet wasn’t filling up with water to flush. I get that it was a smoking room, but just because someone smokes doesn’t mean they don’t value cleanliness. It was a convenient location and barely any places allow smoking, so that was the only reason we settled. Probably won’t go back though.

First room was disgusting. Holes in the walls with tape covering them. Had a foul smell and it was non smoking. Staff was understanding when asked for room change. New room was a tad better. At least no smell. Card slot for the card key was so loose I’m shocked it didn’t fall off. No security lock on the inside of room. I propped chair to secure the door when sleeping. Had to reactivate my key everyday. Roaches in the room. Behind the mini fridge. In the restroom. Bed was hard a a rock. WiFi password never worked. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when booked.

Had a really nice stay. Was really only here to sleep each night, as we spent most of our time in NYC. Motel was perfect. There's a bus stop right outside the property which takes you directly to the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff allowed me to clock in early. Which was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was that I was laying down and a man claiming he was room service tried to come in to my room. I did not request any room service. I made a huge fuss and he ran out. Unfortunately I checked out that morning. Every other time they have zero complaints from me.

First room was very dirty. Hair on sheets. Stains and dust on floor. AC unit was very dirty. We were offered a second room. After seeing second room we decided to stay and clean it ourselves. No drawer bottoms in chest of drawers. Don't stay here Travelodge should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.
