"Breakfast was good, a staff member present refreshing the food throughout and she brought me some gluten free bread which was appreciated. Parking plentiful and staff very friendly. They also put my ice packs in their freezer which was very helpful. Our room was clean, well supplied and beds and pillows comfortable "

"Wonderful property! Our only concern was a noisy a/c unit. All of the staff were so polite and helpful! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. The food and the service were excellent! We ate a light dinner at The Fox and Hound Lounge in the hotel on our first night. Great food, adult beverages and service."

"Property was safe and secure. Surrounded by nearby hotels and restaurants. Breakfast was great the last day which was the only day my family and I was able to get any. Even though I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities, my family loved the gym and outside fire pit and games along with the tv. "

"Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...

"The breakfast barely had any food. No fruits(no banana, apples oranges forget the berries) no milk for cereals ,no milk at the coffee station. My first room -the water wasn’t turning on so had to ask for a different room that was located next to the air conditioning unit for the entire hotel. The night felt loud and I couldn’t sleep. Overall not a good stay. "

"Very clean room, great breakfast, staff was really nice. The only thing I would try to change is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke when you enter the building. I know it’s smoke free but the building still smelled liked it in the entrance area. The rest of the building was good. "

"The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...

"Everything about this hotel is terrific, except for ONE thing: the coffee! I waited for a fresh pot. But what Ì got tasted bitter, perhaps burnt. Clean your coffee pots folks!"
