The front desk staff was nice...the housekeeping is sorry i was gone all day gets back the bed haven't even been touched.thy only made the bed and changed the linens after i left a note on the bed. The next day .it always sounded as if something was in the walls beating on it..the tv remote did not work even after i went to the front desk and got new batteries..not a hotel i would recommend

Eggs were cold both times we had breakfast. We had to take to our room and microwave them. Dani the receptionist is always so friendly and calls me by my names and that means alot to me. I will drive 100 miles to stay at this resort

Room was decent but much smaller than expected. Pretty sure a baby spider ran off the bed when i started spraying my Lysol but i couldn't find it. I did not like how my room was outside at what i thought was an indoor hotel. Did not eat breakfast so cant rate that. Staff i encountered was pleasant.
