"Beautiful new place to stay in downtown Columbia. The bar and restaurant is fabulous - great food and drinks - firepits and open “garage” doors add to the ambiance. Quirky hotel layout that works and focuses on the history of the buildings. Staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back!"

"My loft was not at the main location had to drive a couple miles away in random area beside industrial park behind police station. Room smelled like smoke and had no toiletries or hangers. Host responded to address on check-in but not thereafter to simple requests for toilet paper, also not provided. Place was tired and dusty. "

"A+ location walking distance to USC stadium however the hotel is very old, not sure if it’s ever been updated, running toilets, paper thin walls, icky carpet….however clean and comfortable bed, desk, fridge and microwave in room, nice small breakfast and great coffee. The front desk staff are nice. Ample parking"
