"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. Fine for those aged 15 and under but at my age these things get difficult Heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty, which took the edge off a gorgeously refurbished hotel We shall visit again,now that I know to head for Pontabault rather than Val St Pere"

"Marion is an absolutely incredible host - this was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect: the house is beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. However there is no WiFi and very poor mobile reception resulting in no means of using your mobile in addition there are no Televisions in the rooms or in the communal area so entertainment is very limited. I really think they need to sort this out. That apart the stay was very pleasant "

"On a trip with my son to visit the beaches of Normandy for D-Day as well as Mount Saint Michael, St-Malo, was perhaps one of the closest villages. It also had the peace and quiet of the countryside yet just within a 45 minute drive of all of these beautiful historic sites along scenic country roads.
