"Property was beautiful and the people were unbelievably kind and helpful. Food was great, breakfast was provided. Views of the Pitons were amazing. Took off one star because the mosquitos in the room were relentless even with the mosquito net and provided bug zapper, which made it impossible to rest. It is an open air concept hotel but would’ve appreciated at least the wooden flooring beneath the bed and bedroom to be sealed off from mosquitos."

"We had a fantastic time there, and the staff was amazing. The view is an 11 out of 10. It is rather high up on a very bumpy mountain road, so you won’t want to be going into town and back a lot. We just stayed there for the entire time that we were there and didn’t leave. The food is good but nothing to write home about, and it’s very expensive but it’s pretty obvious why when you realize there are only six rooms and a ton of staff to support it. "Everything was amazing, once we got up to the resort we didn’t want to leave. there is a lot of walking and taking stairs if you don’t use the transportation but we didn’t mind it was part of Anse charm!"

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay."

"My husband and I stayed in the Romantic Room with an unbeatable view of the Petit Piton. The small plunge pool in our room was also nice. The only drawback to this property is the food. Breakfast is included but is nothing special. We had lunch and dinner once at the hotel. Prices are steep for what you get in terms of quantity. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the excursions we booked through the hotel. Despite the lackluster food, we would stay here again."

"If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

"I absolutely loved this resort. It gave such a “ at home” feeling. Stayed in chestnut room 1 which had a perfect view along with a huge patio and hammock to sleep on. The room Was clean and spacious they decorated It for my birthday. Staff was very friendly and informative. Now this resort is very quiet and not a turn up spot so It was perfect for going out to party/do excursions and come back to get all the rest needed. The infinity pool was amazing. "The property is across the road from the water Falls. The pool is nice and picturesque. I recommend bringing food or going shopping as nothing is near by."

"This apartment was so cute and so modern. It had everything we needed. The apartment was very convenient to walk to eat or shop or even to the beach. May want to bring a rechargable handheld fan. If the heat doesn't get you the humidity absolutely will. We would stay here again."

Travelled as a couple, and we had ZERO issues with checking in, checking out, getting around, getting food, everything was exactly perfect and we would 10000000% come back.
