"This is a 250 year-old plantation with updated cottages spread throughout over the property. If you like a natural and lush environment, you will be VERY happy here. Proximity to the sites of St. Lucia are perfect, considering most of them are in the Soufriere area. This is just south of town in the edge of the rainforest. The staff is attentive and helpful and the restaurant is pretty good so you could eat here all you want, but there are excellent restaurants in the area if you want to get off...

"If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."

"I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

"We had a fantastic time there, and the staff was amazing. The view is an 11 out of 10. It is rather high up on a very bumpy mountain road, so you won’t want to be going into town and back a lot. We just stayed there for the entire time that we were there and didn’t leave. The food is good but nothing to write home about, and it’s very expensive but it’s pretty obvious why when you realize there are only six rooms and a ton of staff to support it.
