If you are looking for a plush resort this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to experience the real Soufriere with friendly staff and owners that make you feel at home this is the place. It is within walking distance of town and many local restaurants. They can get Paw paw to pick you up and he can advise you on good tours and take you around at a reasonable price and not get seasick driving around the curves. Take a tour of the families estate if they offer. It is very interesting. I snorkeled right off the beach there and saw many different fish.

We all have a different travel style. The Still Beach House was perfect for us. The room was large and clean and perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our holiday. There was a king sized bed, a fridge and a stove and a washing machine. Terrific for rinsing out salty swimwear. The staff was kind and responsive when we had an issue. The view from the deck was unmatched.

This hotel was great! Mostly because of how friendly and helpful the staff was and because of the stunning views! There are many attractions that aren’t too far away, which also helps make it a delightful stay.

The guesthouse was perfect for our stay in St. Lucia. The unit was very spacious with the most wonderful private balcony. The view was magnificent. Unbeatable! We liked being close to town to wander about. The kitchen was great to do some cooking for ourselves. The restaurant downstairs was nice to have for when we for meals out -breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. The guesthouse helps connect with local tour guides and these tours on land and water with fabulous with trusted drivers and guides Paw Paw and Peter. A ride to and from the airport was arranged and also a trip for grocery shopping. From the guesthouse there is direct to the beach. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service at Still Beach Guesthouse.

Large room with a very comfortable king bed and a fantastic view of Soufriere and the bay. The property sits on top of Seashell Restaurant - a great place to enjoy a sundowner. Loved the free parking, in room safe, the fridge with a nice selection of complimentary drinks, microwave and coffee maker (although the coffee package was previously opened so we weren’t tempted to brew any!). Lots of towels provided along with shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. So we were off to a good start but then the room fell short too in some ways. For example, the smell of bleach and mothballs was overpowering and could’ve been aired out. Bedside lights could be replaced with ones that have an on/off switch that’s easier to use vs having to get out of bed to reach behind the nightstand and hit the lights on the wall. There wasn’t anywhere to put your suitcase down to unpack unless that’s done on the floor or on the bed. The a/c is not controlled by thermostat so you have to turn it off/on manually. And finally since there is no main lobby, a guidebook of some sort in the room would’ve been helpful to direct guests as to where the atms are, the supermarket, where to eat, local attractions, how to connect to the internet etc. It’s not a bad place to stay but it’s also not the cheapest place either so our expectations were higher for more thoughtful details. If just a few of these easy suggestions were to be put in place I think it would greatly improve the value and comfort level for guests.

Rachel, the cleaner, was so kind and Michelle, the owner, was also great. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the view very much. Great location and quiet and kind staff.

We loved the location of The Still Beach House - right on the beach, within easy walking distance to Soufriere and with the most beautiful view of Petit Piton. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we required. Michelle and David were wonderfully friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff. Having the restaurant on site was great and the food was delicious.

Great location in Souffiere... Walking to distance to everything in town, yet away from the buzz. Convenient to have the Seashell Restaurant on site. The bed was extremely comfortable... Great sleeping. Furniture needed some updating but satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchenettes were fairly well stocked with basic supplies for cooking with tea and coffee provided. And of course.... The magnificent view! It was exciting to see different cruise ships in Souffiere moored in perfect alignment with Petit Piton.

This property is truly one of a kind. The host is exceptional. If you are looking for a stay with a view like no where else this is the place. You are on the beach with a view of the Pitons like they are in your front yard. The bed is extremely comfortable the host was warm, helpful and more than accommodating. If you are looking for something super fancy this might not be your place, but if a killer view, ultra comfortable bed and a super kind host are what you are looking for….. you found it

I give the view five stars! Michelle was very communicative and accommodating. I didn't check in until late and she made sure that Dani, the security guard, was waiting for me in the parking lot once I arrived. Though there is direct access to the beach, there are no chairs or umbrellas available.

Our stay was simply wonderful. It started with the owner Michelle and the housekeeper Caren, both welcoming and very attentive. The room and balcony ,decorated by amazing flower arrangements, is fully equipted with what you need for a holiday stay with drinks and water in the fridge. We also got the mandarines from the owner's garden during our stay. There is a restaurant below the room but you don't get bothered by the staff of visitors at all. They play the music but you can asked them to switch it off or change the type of music:-)) There is no smell from the kitchen.The view from the balcony is amazing. You are a few steps from the beach. The beach is not private so sometimes visitors leave trash behind. The water was amazing, clean, warm with easy access. The place se secluded in the greenary yet with walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Thank you again Michelle, Carren and David for letting us to stay with you.

Very clean. Wonderful location and view. Great access to the beach, literally just steps from the ocean. We’re divers and was two doors away from the dive shop and they stored our gear so we didn’t need to move it around! Would gladly come back!

Spectacular view and adjacent to Soufriere

We enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing. The beds were super comfortable but a bit high for short people. Internet was great. Our transfer, arranged by the hotel was great. Martinus—use him for all transfers.

The absolute best part of this resort was the location. Nothing beats walking down the stairs from your room straight onto the beach. The beach itself was gorgeous and having the on-site restaurant and bar in between the rooms and beach was very convenient. Michelle was exceptional. She was friendly, communicative and super helpful by arranging my airport transportation. She deserves a solid 10/10. The bed was comfortable though very high for someone as short as me (5 feet). The place was spotless. The only downside for me was that the living room had no AC, just a fan so it was very hot, especially when we cooked. The bathroom was also a little outdated (building could use some updates). Overall, the location and service were wonderful even if the property wasn't top tier.
