"Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. "I don’t know if I would stay here again, but I am glad I did. It was confusing from the start. When we arrived, there were two other cars waiting at the gate to enter. Everyone was equally confused about how to get in. The other two cars were wedding vendors. Eventually, the gate opened so one woman could run in, but then it soon shut after, so we continued waiting. Finally we got in. We walked a bit from the parking lot to the reception. The person at the reception was quite young and a bit aloof. She spent some time with the wedding vendors and did not acknowledge us at all. She ended up asking us to wait two minutes while she walked the vendors to some other part of the property. But of course it was longer than two minutes. Luckily, we had been on Mallorca for a few days, so we weren’t jet lagged, but it was a bit annoying, and I can’t imagine coming off a long flight to wait in the car, and then wait in the reception. When she came back, did not apologize for the wait and began checking us in. Even after checking in, she hesitated to ask if we needed help with our luggage. The parking was not too far, but it’s a rocky pebble driveway, which is not ideal for dragging a suitcase. The interaction was odd. She was not rude. It just seemed like her first day. Overall, we had a nice enough stay. The power went out once, but otherwise it’s nice. No complaints about the bed, bathroom, property. It was quirky!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Centrally located to get to Palma, beaches and historic sites. The owner was very helpful with best beaches and restaurant choices with Mallorcan foods. Quiet with excellent pool and the breakfast was varied with local meats cheeses, breads, fruits and jams served your table. Would definitely return on our next trip to the island. Definitely allow 2 weeks to properly see the island."

"We spent one night in a family room in this beautiful hotel on the way to the coast. It is a really special place and I would have liked to spend more time there. The room was spacious with a fridge and air con provided, and very large beds. The room was clean and bottled water provided in the fridge. The self service breakfast was excellent, a great choice of options to suit everyone. We loved playing in the pool and hanging out in the hammocks in the evening. 100% recommended if looking for something different and chilled. The garden was really lovely to walk around and very friendly staff. We can't wait to return!"

"This gorgeous villa away from the noise was so beautiful. The landscaping was perfectly done making it look out of a magazine. The space in the apartment was more than perfect. Two spacious, detailed and comfortable bedrooms that accommodated my family of 4 giving each of us space. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. One of the showers wasn’t draining correctly and it was taken care of. The view outside with the grape vines and the fig tree gave a feeling of being in a vineyard. You have the perfect sunset views for beautiful pictures. Truly this place was magical. Yes it’s a little further away, but if you have a car rental it’s not a big deal at all. We were planning on driving around anyways to go to different parts of the island. It was also very clean. My family loved it."

"The hotel has gorgeous views and the beds were very comfortable, staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. However the resort itself feels quite tired, the pool area and area around the resort is very rustic and the breakfast is very basic with not much left by 10am. The pool itself is very clean and lovely to swim in. The resort is down a very bumpy, unpaved, single track road and you are charged €3 for a 250ml bottle of water from the mini bar if you need any water. No free water was provided in our room until our last day which in 30+ degree summer heat would’ve been nice. Good for a short stay."

"We had the most enjoyable stay at Vino Son Amaret! Andrés & Maria were perfect hosts, they are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and we felt like a guest in their own home - it was a lovely base for a few days. The pool was clean, the loungers were comfortable, the rooms were well equipped and the breakfast was delicious (especially the omelette). The later breakfast times worked great for us and added to the relaxed island feel, we still have plenty of time to explore the island for the rest of the day! We will definitely be back here soon - 10/10 Thank you both for your hospitality"
