They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. "I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel. "

"Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner.
