The most amazing stay… hotel was perfect all around. Staff was friendly, hotel was perfectly located, and rooms were clean and charming. A minute walk from the center, parking was easy, everything you need on site. Delicious breakfast and relaxing pool and out door area. Highly recommend !!

I loved the Alcázar Hotel in Sóller. The room was super spacious and so clean with a huge comfy bed! The parking was easy to access and would highly recommend utilizing if you rent a car. The staff were so friendly, the was breakfast delicious and the restaurant/outdoor pool area was lovely. I wish I had another night there!

A beautiful hotel for an escape to Soller. Perfectly placed to explore Soller or walk to the port….or you could catch the tram. Newly built, the hotel has an art decor vibe. The garden room on the second floor had an amazing view over the town, with the hills as a lovely backdrop. The included breakfast was Brilliant, well presented and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I emailed ahead to reserve a parking space, you do have to pay for a space but parking can be difficult to find, this way we didn’t have to worry and took our time driving there. Parking is in their basement (really clean and safe) with a lift directly to reception. The outside area is lovely with a great little pool. You will love your stay here.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located close to the main center, which made exploring the area easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—a refreshing change after a few nights in Barcelona. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Parking was a huge plus—secure and located right under the building. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for winding down after a day out. The only minor issue was with the air conditioning, but that’s fairly common in Europe. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing, comfortable stay

We had a great stay. The beds were so comfy. The cleanliness was excellent. Our room had a garden view which was lovely with the tram line running along just outside the garden. The location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the town square and tram stop. The underground car park was very useful. We visited lots of lovely towns in our rental car although this could also be done using a good bus service.

Amazing hotel. It has a very cute courtyard. Stayed in a city view room but should have picked a courtyard room for better views instead. Since our stay happened to be during the festival weekend, it was almost like a maze to drive through and find a way to the property as many roads were blocked but other than that it was such a pleasant stay. Breakfast was great too.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Wonderful stay. The rooms at the hotel had a great aesthetic while also being very functional. The hotel staff were amazing and gave us many recommendations for hikes we could go on around the area. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Soller which made it incredibly convenient to get around even without a car.
