"Checkin keep in mind this an apartment not a hotel also in a very busy location in Soho. No instructions before arrival and communications with the host was a challenge (poor English) After hours eventually got access.
The apartment is modern well laid out but as advertised no aircon and with recent temperatures in London that was a problem. 2 fans were provided but they made little difference.

"Hotel was modern and clean, simple and comfortable. Air con was good, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well kitted. The was small though and i picked a room with no windows which made the room feel even smaller. Nothing wrong with it but some may find it snug."

"The St Giles has undergone a drastic transformation under new ownership, and unfortunately, it’s all at the guest's expense. The once-standard amenities are gone: no in-room tea or coffee, and even basic towels are no longer a guarantee. To top it off, they are now charging a staggering £10 per item for luggage storage. With a pushed-back 3 PM check-in and stripped-back facilities, it feels like every basic service has been 'unbundled' just to price-gouge. Truly a shame to see such a central...

"Could have been worse. Location is prime.
Pillows were hard.
Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste.
Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive.
Glad that there was air conditioning."

"Great to have the space after staying in small hotel rooms. Nice to have a kitchen. It is right in the middle of all the action. It was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother our sleep.
Would highly recommend to friends/family. Great price for the space and location!"
