"Hotel is nice, room was clean. Unfortunately we stayed in the 2nd floor and could hear noice from dining area beneath us early in the morning and noise echoing from the 1st floor reception area late at night because of balcony opening from 2nd looking down to 1st floor. The surrounding area is fine, many of the restaurants arent open very late. Several quick sightseeing options within walking distance. "

"It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. "

"The pool was cold and dirty, there was algae growing on the side walls of the pool and in the floor grout. The hot tub was foaming over, so we did not use it. The elevators took a long time to arrive for our entire stay. The room phone only worked when it was on speaker. The staff was OK but I wouldn't say they were overly friendly. Breakfast was pretty good."

"I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland."
