When we arrived we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff and vallet driver. The room was very clean and roomy. We were on the 9th floor but that didn't help the street noise. It sounded like our windows were open. However, things quieted down outside at a reasonable hour. The staff working the breakfast area Saturday morning was rude and dismissive. I was down there at 8:45am and had hoped to have oatmeal. The pot was empty. I patiently waited for the staff to come out of their kitchen, when she finally did i asked her nicely if she had anymore oatmeal. She didn't even pause. She shook her head no and continued to walk right to another location in the hotel. A little politeness goes a long way. Other then the windows and that staff, it was a great location and nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel, cleaned very well, walking distant to everywhere, free actual good breakfast. My only issue was that the cleaning staff ketp trying to come in to thw room even though we had the do not disturb sign on thw door. They should really have a worlist on what rooms are cleared. They stated most people check out and peave the sign on the door.

Hotel was clean. Close to everything. We stayed for a brandon lake concert at the wolstein center. It took about 20 minutes to walk there. Tons of food around the area walkable. Right before you get to the hotel there is a pnc parking deck that only cost 8 dollars overnight. You can valet park for 50 but they go park your car in the same deck. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and quiet.
