"The property is beautiful and promotes a relaxing and restful atmosphere. Innkeepers John and Marie were very cordial and helpful throughout our 4-night stay. They have the gift of hospitality, and it shows. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a variety of options. If you're planning a trip to Bryson City, book a room at McKinley Edwards Inn. You'll be glad you did! We are!"
"Lindsay at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Gave us suggestions of things to do. Beds were comfortable and a/c was nice and cold. The only problem we had was the internet service. Could barely connect. Other than that , definitely recommend. Loved Bryson City !"
"We have stayed at Hotel Sylva several times, but this was the first time with the current owners. We love the upgrades made to the rooms - walk in shower, large vanity area beside the.sink, new furniture and in room Keurig. The property is right downtown with shopping, restaurants and bars all an easy walk away. Friday night they had music in the park across the street which was an added bonus. The check in was contactless so we never interacted with the staff face to face, but they responded...
"We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. Everything was perfect and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was amazing. We loved it."
"I dropped my leg pillow on the parking lot, not only did they find it, they put in a plastic bag (it had gotten soaked in a rain storm), and called us after we checked out. Fortunately, we weren't too far down the road. My sciatica appreciates all of you."
