"Hotel is in a GREAT location with a dedicated parking garage (costs extra, per day). VERY CLEAN with a pleasant smell. The suites are snug, but the kitchenette has great accessories + an actual oven, and a large mini-fridge! The hot tub, pool & sauna are also great. The tub in the suite is oversized, and the shower has great water pressure. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out, but they were friendly. "Room cleanliness was great although I did see plastic gloves on the floor for a couple of days. Silly that breakfast for two would have costed an additional $45 (we're a family of 4 with kids, that wouldve been too expensive and great places within walking distance). Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet although the hospital is close so you will hear sirens. Awesome location, easy to get to many downtown locations. "

"The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best...

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "
