"We stayed at 3 hotels in Ljubljana this trip around the same price and the Four Points Sheraton was BY FAR the best one. The most comfortable bed, friendly staff, spacious room, very clean. One of my favorite 4 star hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. There is a pool and a nice sauna in the gym available until 10pm, you need to set the heat for sauna hotter when you get down there. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. "The hotel is quite hard to find on Google Maps. It's not as it showed on the Google map. So, we have to park and walk to find the hotel. The heater was not working as the hotel is quite old. The worker did not stay the whole night. The guy brought us the portable heater, but the plug does not work at night. It turned off when we turned off the light. "
