"Eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is oke. Winkel om de hoek voor kleine boodschapjes. Alleen de prijs voor een overnachting is te hoog. Je hebt er een overnachting voor in een 4 sterren hotel. Wel dicht bij het vliegveld en centrum Dublin."

"We had a lovely 1 night stay at the flyover to spend a night in Dublin city. On arrival the host, Tom greeted us. He was really friendly and helpful. We were given lots of information and advice to help us with our stay. The room was lovely and big, very clean and comfortable. The Irish breakfast was fabulous and there was a very good selection of teas, coffees, yogurts cereal etc. Again Tom was very helpful and provided service with a smile! Absolutely would recommend the flyover for a stay in...

"The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!"

"The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to find and close to the places we wanted to see. Kitchen facilities were good. We only used the fridge. We would stay again."

"My sister and I stated at the Albany House for 9 nights, The location was convenient to access shopping, attractions and public transport. Breakfast was excellent as was the service. We asked for a room at the back of the hotel as the Albany house is situated in an area with a robust night life. Would highly recommend this hotel for location and cost. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the city."
