Great space in a good area. Very friendly staff that gave me great recommendations on what to do/see, and the best ways to do so. Lovely breakfast as well
From the warm welcome on arrival through to our leaving, the staff were excellent.
Our room was an adequate size, and everything was clean and tidy including the ensuite bathroom.
The breakfast provided by Delia was exceptional. A great choice of options, and everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.
Professional, welcoming staff, honor bar and fireplace seating area, outdoor garden seating, and the outstanding breakfast.

Didn’t like access… too enclosed so first impression was not great surprised as prior reviews gave “superb” but on reflection average however Delia the cook was a wonderful surprise she was friendly & accommodating.. we had to get up early first morning and hadn’t anticipated anything other than a bowl of cereal until she offered us a fuller breakfast which set us up for the day. The food was exceptional both days and the best we’d had at any hotel and I would tolerate the dark and not so great room for Delia’s homemade bread, jam and yoghurt anytime. Disappointed but I guess our lack of exploring further prior to visit and reliance on reviews left us to think we’ll be more astute when searching for somewhere nice to stay next time. Location was further than we’d assumed and despite being made aware of mini marathon at last minute (great for local community) but difficult as taxi driver had to drop us off a good 10minute walk essentially however took us 20minutes because majority of surrounding streets were closed off and a local Garda officer kindly offered to walk us up within distance because otherwise we wouldn’t have been allowed to pass due to restrictions for those not involved in event. Hasn’t put us off what is an amazing city but will certainly stay central next time
Fantastic stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely staff, gorgeous decor, beautiful room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious! Wonderful stay and we’ll definitely be back!
Unbelievable delicious breakfast that I still crave. The staff was helpful and friendly. Close enough to walk everything but far enough from the tourist areas to be safe and quiet
Lovely flat with great river front location. There were a couple of minor glitches as the flat had not been used for a few months, but Vanessa, our outstanding host, attended to them immediately and effectively. I am planning a return visit to Bordeaux next year and will definitely try to stay here again.
What an absolutely beautiful and quirky little hotel. The staff were lovely, the rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast was great. A delightful little hotel, tucked in out of the way, but so conveniently situated.
Look forward to staying there again!
