"I took the red eye to Dallas from Portland and after renting a car and driving for 30 minutes arrived a few hours before check-in. The receptionist was so understanding and said my room was ready, so she let me check in two hours early so I could rest before my first event. It made all the difference and I won't forget her kindness. Thank you. I will definitely return to the Stonebriar Sheraton whenever I'm in the Dallas area. It was close to restaurants and a great music venue called Box Bar & Garden."

"It took a long time to get assistance from the front desk it seemed like they were hiding to avoid customers. The bathroom shower was not clean and there was only scolding hot water no cold water. The elevator smells like cigarettes."
