"Clean rooms and breakfast was excellent. I didn’t catch the man’s name at the front desk, but he deserves a raise! Not only was he there around the clock but he was very talkative and friendly to all the guests checking in and staying there. One of the ladies preparing breakfast even offered to help my younger daughter make her plate. Beds were so so. We slept ok, but some of the guests staying with me said they weren’t very comfortable. If we had queens instead of doubles that may have remedied that, but we had to go with what was available. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay here again."

"Since this is the third Holiday Express with cleanliness and structure issues we will not be booking with them again. This time it was the window shade and framing broken. The shower nozzle was falling off the wall. The elevator was scary and the coffee tasted awful "

"I didn’t see the breakfast area only saw the coffee. Room was okay, first room had a clogged toilet and we had to move. That room had a window unit as the AC and it wouldn’t really stay on so we got hot at night. Bed was super comfortable though "

"Lobby, gym, and pool areas were nice, but the room was dirty, boogers on the wall, coffee pods still in the machine, mystery fluids on the lamp shade and bathroom walls, and I was double charged for parking, once on the card I had on file and I also had to pay to leave the garage (the exact same amount). After over 20 minutes on the phone with outsourced customer service, I just gave up. "

"This hotel felt like a motel vibe. My room smelled like three packs of cigarettes. It was very dirty and gritty. The manager was nice enough to put me in a new room. That was a lot better but the shower drained did not work. The breakfast sausage was raw. I didn’t notice someone from housekeeping mopping the tile floors. But the rooms definitely need more attention."
