"My only complaint is being taken advantage of when I had a last minute schedule change due to a baby arriving 3 days early. I would understand paying an inconvenience fee, but paying for nights I’m not using, on top of the charges for the stay, is a little ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate issue, not a location issue, but it will make me look to other hotel chains from now on. Corporate needs to do better. As far as the location goes, it was a great stay with friendly, helpful staff."

"For being a Hilton it wasn’t as well taken care of as I thought it would be. There is no public ice machine. The front desk people are never at the desk. It just wasn’t what I was expecting."
