A good 1 night stay, wouldn’t have stayed longer

3/5 we would score this stay. The smell was something else. I couldn’t describe it other than it was constant, put us off eating and made us feel sick. I struggled to breath well throughout the stay. Thankfully it wasn’t that obvious in our room. Room was clean, bed was decent, ok size. Food was good. Smell was terrible in the dining area and majorly puts you off eating, it’s like rotten egg. We arrived very early due to flight and wasn’t able to check in early. We waited hours at the hotel. They did offer for us to stay longer the next day which was very appreciated. It’s out of season, we didn’t know this. So everything mainly is shut and there’s not much about. It is very dated decor in the communal areas, very random seating and you almost don’t know what to do with yourself when you’re there.

I’m not someone who normally writes reviews and I hate complaining, but we couldn’t wait to check out of this hotel. The rooms were clean but the rest of the hotel is tired. The pool is a thermal pool which has sulphur in it, sadly this makes the whole hotel smell really badly of egg. I’d read reviews about an egg smell previously and I thought people were over reacting, but they weren’t, it was very bad. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The food was awful. We are aged 30 and all other guests were 70 . The pool also tarnished my jewellery, my fault for wearing it but I didn’t realise the pool was thermal until I got in and there were no signs to indicate this. My jewellery is badly damaged. We read lots of positive reviews before arriving so we were looking forward to staying, but sadly it was a terrible experience. Lake Garda itself is beautiful, would recommend visiting the lake but do not stay at this hotel.

Sono da anni assidua frequentatrice dell' Hotel Boiola e non cambierò mai. La qualità dell' acqua termale, la posizione privilegiata, il rapporto qualità -prezzo sono ottimi. E potrei continuare, parcheggio proprio dentro l'hotel a modico prezzo, ristorante all'interno, e top la piscina solo esterna con vista sul lago è la punta di diamante. Tranquillità assoluta all' interno e poi due passi e si è al castello quindi dentro Sirmione per i negozi, e il via vai turistico.

Hotel excelente, com localização privilegiada em frente ao lago e todas as comodidades. Quarto espaçoso, confortável e extremamente limpo. Tem estacionamento e é bem próximo ao centro histórico. A equipe muito educada e atenciosa. O café da manhã também é ótimo, com variedade e serviço excelente.

Ett utmärkt boende i Sirmione. Lätt att hitta, utmärkt parkering inne på hotellets område. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Underbar varm( 38°) svavelhaltig pool utomhus. Fint litet rum med utsikt mot stan och sjön.
